Rainier Pacific Building Tacoma, Washington A new five-story office structure was designed with contextual references to past and present Tacoma buildings. The program included street level retail, an integral parking garage and 60,000 square feet of Class A office space. The building is a post-tensioned concrete structure with a combination architectural pre-cast concrete and aluminum panel exterior envelope. The site is located adjacent to the New Convention Center Light Rail Station at one of the main entrances to Downtown Tacoma. Included in this project was the design of Rainier Pacific Bank's Corporate Offices, Customer Service Center and Main Downtown Branch Bank. website: rainierpac.com
