Sun Mountain Lodge Lodge Conference Center Renovation Winthrop, WA An extensive remodel and expansion of the existing main kitchen and conferencing center within the Main Lodge. this addition was designed to blend with the unique character of the significant main lodge structure. Completion spring 2007.   Harbor History Museum Gig Harbor Peninsula, Historical Society Gig Harbor, WA A 16,000 square foot museum located on a waterfront site along the inner harbor. The project includes a permanent gallery, a temporary gallery, a community meeting room, administration offices, and collections storage. Completion spring 2008.   Pierce Commercial Bank Office Building Tacoma, WA The project is for a new 24,460 square foot three story office building adjacent to the existing Pierce commercial Bank building. The design of the building is part of a campus of buildings for the bank that share consistent detailing. Completion summer 2007.   First United Methodist Church of Tacoma Tacoma, WA The renovation of the existing "Bekins Moving and Storage Warehouse" into a new church facility for FUMC's urban ministries. The scopr of work includes the complete structural retrofit of the existing c. 1930 and c. 1950 concrete structures and the "opening up" of the interior, to create sacred space within the concrete shell. Completion spring 2008.   Madison Shores Marina Gig Harbor, WA A two-story mixed-use project along the inner harbor. The building includes below grade parking for both the marina and the retail/offices above.        Proctor Passage Mixed-Use Project Tacoma, WA A new three-story new mixed-use building in the Proctor Neighborhood. The project includes ground floor retail, second floor professional offices and top floor residential units.   Brooklake Community Church Children's Ministry Addition Federal Way, WA The design for an addition to the existing Sanctuary for a dedicated Children's Ministry.
