Sun Mountain Lodge Improvement Projects Winthrop, Washington The main challenge with this project was to design a phased remodel of the existing interior and exterior spaces around the Main Lodge to blend the original design by Roland Terry with the 1980 expansion designed by NBBJ. The remodel projects included new outdoor patios and covered entrances, new swimming pools, expanded activities store, new dining deck and café kitchen along with relocated administration offices and a remodeled game room. The project received an AGC Design Excellence Award.     Sun Mountain Lodge Patterson Lake Cabins Winthrop, Washington This project included the phased redevelopment of the Patterson Lake Resort with the replacement of the single bedroom cabins, the creation of new three-bedroom and four bedroom cabins and a new office/housekeeping building incorporating two extended stay apartments.   Sun Mountain Lodge Patterson Barn and Spa Facility Winthrop, Washington A new 10,000 square foot Banquet and Conference Center was designed as a separate structure adjacent to a new 5,000 square foot Spa Facility. website: sunmountainlodge.com
